The basic components of video security systems are video camera, display monitor, and a recorder. Your system can have multiple cameras, digital video recorders (DVRs), monitors and other integration/network equipment. You can then view your facility password-protected facility with live and recorded video at the DVR and/or from a PC or PDA connected to the Internet. Digital CCTV is available in black and white or color. Systems range from a single camera displaying an image on one monitor to multiple camera with a single monitor displaying the camera views on a rotating or splt screen display. Systems are available for video surveillance that allow cameras to multiplexed and recorded digitally through a DVR. Systems can also use the Internet to view live or recorded video. |
